Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Analyze HR business processes
- Configure workflows and security roles
- Support integrations with other systems
- Provide user training and post-go-live support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Oracle HCM certification is a plus
